About

I've been a professional singer and actress since...forever.   I love my family and all things Disney.  I have dreams of traveling the world. I want to see and experience it all!
Life has been interesting, eventful and even crazy.  The great stories I have to share would make an interesting book.  Maybe one day I'll write that book and then it can be made into a movie!   I think you'd all enjoy the ride just as much as I did living it.   I find life after being a rock star pretty boring. I guess only those close to me would get that comment, as true as it is!

If you know me, you know that I'm OBSESSED with the TV show LOSTMy passion for LOST has led me into the world of obsessive viewing, taking notes, researching and writing about this constant moving puzzle.  Over at Karen's LOST Notebook will find my raw handwritten notes transcribed.  It's literally my notebook.  Those notes began their life over at MySpace, where wonderful supportive LOST fans and friends stuck through the poorly underdeveloped structure, awful spelling and dreadful grammar.  I appreciate each and every one of you for coming back for more insight.  There was a good reason for my madness, and even that couldn’t keep me away from the mysterious brainteaser that is LOST.   Writing ability or lack thereof aside, my notes are based only on the things I see within an episode.  I'm sharing my notes here for those who may find them useful. Maybe I can show you a little something new.

I love movies.  I especially love when a movie can literally bring you into the story so you can truly experience the adventure.  I’m a huge fan of anything horror.  On the other end of the movie spectrum I adore anything Disney and films from the1940’s.  The classics are very inspiring.  Fantasy, adventure and science fiction is my true escape.  I'm also guilty of having a huge weakness for Star Wars and anything with Johnny Depp in it.

I'm a big dork who reads a lot.  I've read every Stephen King book, I love them all.
I'm always trying to learn and grow.  Reading as a child was my way of escaping.  I read anything I could get my hands on. Fairy tales, comic books, sci-fi, fantasy and adventure, those images created in my mind's eye from those stories cultivated my own imagination.   I’m sure it is a contributing factor in my passion for performing.

With that said- I am happy that Once Upon A Time came along. I know I'll have a magical time while in Storybrooke!

Thank YOU for visiting Karen's LOST Notebook and Karen's Adventures in Storybrooke!

Love to all who are "LOST"™
